What You ll Do
- Provide primary care and advanced nursing services to diverse patient populations
- Conduct patient assessments, including history-taking and physical exams
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document patient interactions accurately and efficiently
- Support bilingual patients with language needs (preferred)
- Promote health education and preventive care strategies
What You Need
Required: - Valid Nurse Practitioner license for New Mexico
- Ability to provide patient care Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic proficiency in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Preferred: - Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
- Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
