Orthopedic Surgeon Job Opportunity Soldotna, Alaska Position Highlights
  • Full-time Orthopedic Surgery opportunity
  • Mix of clinic, operative, and call responsibilities

  • Replacing existing practice where physician earned $1.4 million last year

  • Retention Rate: Higher than any other state in the United States over a 25 year spam of recruiting experience
Work Schedule
  • Clinic Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Clinic Hours: 7:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
  • Average Patient Volume: patients per day
  • Call Schedule: 1:4 General Orthopedic Surgery call
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Productivity and experience-based compensation structure

  • $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • $25,000 Relocation Assistance
  • Student Loan Repayment Program
  • CME Allowance: $5,000 per calendar year
  • CME Time Off: 5 paid days annually
