- Monday through Friday, 8-5 schedule
- 100% outpatient setting with no hospital responsibilities
- 2-year salary guarantee starting at $230K + quarterly bonus potential up to $20K annually

- Established patient base with flexible ramp-up and autonomy over volume (goal 2025 patients per day)
- Athena EMR with internal coding team support to streamline workflow
- Participation in value-based care models with strong payer mix (60% commercial)
