Job Details:- Board Certified/Board Eligible Infectious Disease Physician joining a highly collaborative and growing Infectious Disease team
- Provide inpatient Infectious Disease consultations at a major academic medical center
- Outpatient practice with opportunities to care for HIV and Hepatitis C patients
- Participate in Antimicrobial Stewardship initiatives
- Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Hospital Epidemiology, and Quality teams
- Shared call coverage with experienced Infectious Disease colleagues
- No primary care responsibilities
- Dedicated Hospitalist program manages inpatient admissions
- Opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows
- Academic appointments available through major Connecticut universities
- BC/BE Infectious Disease physician licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of CT
