- Protected Surgical Time: Dedicated block OR day every Friday with access to Da Vinci robotics at a Level 2 Trauma / Level 3 NICU hospital
- Work-Life Balance: Anticipated 1 in 5 call schedule with no Saturday clinic hours required for the new OB/GYN
- Generous Compensation Package: Guaranteed base salary of $300,000, plus performance-based bonuses and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
