- Patient Population: Adults only; no pediatrics
- Average Patient Volume: 10 patients/day
Schedule & Call
- Typical Hours: 7a-4p
- Full-time schedule totaling 40 hours/week
- Schedule will vary from week to week
- Options may include:
- 5 8-hour shifts
- 2 8-hour shifts plus one 24-hour shift
- Expect a combination of these schedules throughout the month
- Days with a rotation in call coverage
Hospital & Practice Setting
- Setting: Hospital
- Hospital Size: 76 beds
- ORs: 4
- Additional services include Labor & Delivery and Cath Lab
Clinical Skills
- Proficient with blocks for orthopedic cases
Support Staff
- CRNAs
- Anesthesia Technicians
EMR
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Active Pennsylvania license required
- DEA required
- ACLS required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
