This employed role offers a mix of outpatient pediatrics with some inpatient responsibilities, supported by a collaborative team and a fully equipped birthing center.Practice Details-Full-time, employed position-Outpatient clinic with some inpatient coverage-Integrated pediatric and OB/GYN clinic model-Shared call schedule of 1:3 (approximately 10 days per month)-Full-spectrum pediatrics-Attend high-risk deliveries as requested by OB/GYN team-Level II nursery with fully equipped birthing center-Dedicated OB anesthesia coverage 24/7-Baby-Friendly USA designated facilityTeam and Environment-Highly skilled and experienced clinical staff and providers-Collaborative relationship with OB/GYN team-Birthing center with dedicated OR for C-sections and procedures-Recognized among top hospitals for obstetrics by the Women's Choice AwardQualifications-Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics-NRP certification required-Ability to manage both outpatient and inpatient pediatric care-Comfort attending high-risk deliveries when neededCompensation and Benefits-Competitive base salary with production-based incentives-Annual CME allowance-Relocation assistance-Commencement bonus-Medical education debt assistance-Residency stipend available-Monthly cell phone reimbursement-Comprehensive benefits package
