  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - lunch 12-1 pm
  • Employed
  • Loan Repayment
  • Compensation: $301,265 to $414,575 base salary
  • Benefits: - Health/Dental/Vision - Life Insurance - Paid Vacation/Sick Leave 9 days/15 Paid Holidays - 403b- 3 CE days with $500 Annual Allowance - Licensing Renewal Fee Reimbursement Including DEA and Professional Dues
