OB Hospitalist - Findlay, NW Ohio The OpportunityA regional, nonprofit health system serving an eight-county community in Findlay, NW Ohio is seeking an OB Hospitalist to join a growing Women's Health team. Enjoy 24-hour shifts with a flexible schedule and the option to add clinic work if desired. Position Highlights

• 24-hour shifts 4 shifts per block with additional shifts available
• Optional clinic opportunities
• Scheduled C-sections and gynecology consults
• ED unassigned OB patients and transfer coordination
• Midwife oversight
• Non-emergent GYN surgery with surgical team support
• 24/7 in-house pediatric hospitalist coverage
• Level II Special Care Nursery (32+ weeks)
• Approximately 1,200 deliveries annually
• One delivering hospital with in-unit sleep room
• Remote participation in high-risk meetings
Compensation & Benefits Äì 4 Shifts/Block
• $195,000 base salary
• $2,850 CME/board certification allowance
• $156/hour PRN rate
