- Remote physician role supporting primary care teams
- Focus on indirect patient care tasks and inbox management
- Collaborate with on-site providers and staff to co-manage patient needs
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Respond to patient calls and portal messages requiring provider input
- Review and refill medication requests
- Coordinate care with triage and care coordination nurses
- Communicate lab and diagnostic test results to patients
- Complete peer-to-peer reviews with insurance companies when needed
- Attend regularly scheduled virtual meetings with on-site providers

Candidate Requirements:- Board Certified MD or DO
- Active New Hampshire medical license
- Active DEA
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in Primary Care
- Strong communication, documentation, and care coordination skills
