Assignment Details
• Start/end: October 16-November 4 coverage blocks; potential additional coverage
• Schedule: 7am-7pm in-house + 7pm-7am call
• Coverage type: Inpatient clinical coverage + overnight call
• Volume: 15 patients/shift; 3 admissions
• Setting: Inpatient Pulmonary/Critical Care; 26 beds; Level III trauma center
• Support: 0-1 APP
• EMR: Athena + Medhost
• Credentialing: 15 days; temporary privileges available
Clinical Details
• Required scope: Inpatient Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
• Required scope: Daytime in-house coverage + overnight call
• Rounding on assigned and unassigned patients
• Admissions required
• 30-minute call response time
Requirements
• Board certified in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine
• License: Active TX license required
• ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS and PALS
• Active DEA
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
