Urology Physician

Urology Opening in Eureka, CAWe are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established outpatient practice. This permanent opportunity offers scheduled clinical hours with shared call responsibilities and the opportunity to develop a specialized practice in female urology.

• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Scheduled clinical hours plus shared beeper call
• EMR: Epic
• Average Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
Call Responsibilities
• Shared beeper call
• Response time: 20-30 minutes
Clinical Responsibilities
• Required Experience: General adult urology, Advanced endoscopic techniques, Laparoscopic surgery, Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic lymph node dissection, Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, and Fertility evaluations
• Preferred Experience: Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), Radical cystectomy with ileal conduit, Radical prostatectomy, Robotic surgery, Partial nephrectomy with intraoperative ultrasound, Adrenalectomy, Incontinence procedures, Penile prosthesis, and Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
Candidate Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency)
• Fellowship training in Female Urology required
• Must obtain state medical licensure (candidates willing to obtain licensure are encouraged to apply)
• Must have or be actively working toward obtaining fluoroscopy certification required by the state
