Seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to join a growing, collaborative nephrology practice in northwestern Indiana, offering a balanced mix of clinic, inpatient rounding, and dialysis outreach coverage in a well-supported regional system.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible full-time schedule with clinic, inpatient rounding, and dialysis outreach responsibilities
- Low-travel outreach coverage to nearby dialysis locations (typically
- Outreach rotations include weekly and monthly sites with manageable patient volumes
- Call coverage approximately 1:4
- Average outpatient volume of patients per day
- Low inpatient census (0 5 patients per day)
- Strong Nurse Practitioner support within the practice
