What You ll Do
- Provide coverage at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City (43-bed, ADC 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26-bed, ADC 14)
- Utilize advanced neonatal therapies like HFOV and jet ventilators
- Collaborate with a team of six neonatologists and support staff, including 24/7 NNP back-up
- Participate in a collegial, private practice environment
- Ensure high-quality neonatal care and support for complex cases
- Contribute to a community-oriented hospital environment with excellent support services
- Engage in approximately 10 shifts per month, providing continuous neonatal coverage
What You Need
- Active BC/BE Neonatology certification
- Residency in the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
- Passion for providing exceptional neonatal care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
