What You ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive urological care, including diagnosis and treatment of general urological conditions
- Perform laparoscopic procedures and other surgical interventions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including uro-oncologists and other specialists
- Manage outpatient and inpatient services at a leading regional facility
- Participate in on-call duties (currently 1:4 ratio)
- Engage in patient education, documentation, and follow-up
- Contribute to a patient-centered, quality-focused practice environment
What You Need:
Required: - Medical license in Michigan
- Board Certification in Urology (American Board of Urology or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Experience in laparoscopic and general urology procedures
Preferred: - Leadership skills and experience in building or managing a practice
- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
