What You ll Do
- Provide urological consultations and outpatient procedures
- Utilize advanced equipment including DaVinci robotic system
- Manage a balanced case mix: approximately 50% adult and 50% geriatric patients
- Collaborate with a team of 2 other urologists and ancillary staff
- Participate in on-call rotations (about 10 days/month)
- Support inpatient and outpatient care within the hospital and clinic setting
- Work with on-site lab and imaging services (X-ray, PVR scanner)
What You Need
Required: - Medical license in Ohio or eligible to obtain
- Board-certified or eligible in Urology
- Minimum 2 years of Urology practice experience
- Ability to live within 40 miles or willing to relocate
Preferred: - Experience with robotic surgery and outpatient procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to quality care and patient safety
