What You ll Do: - Provide independent outpatient primary care services in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Deliver comprehensive medical and nursing care to individuals, families, and groups
- Emphasize health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness strategies
- Lead and collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families to support informed healthcare choices
- Maintain a safe, efficient clinical environment
- Support practice operations in a cost-effective manner
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
What You Need: - Valid Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license for Vermont
- 1+ years of relevant outpatient primary care experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated healthcare team
