Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct wellness and preventative exams
- Provide women's and men's health services
- Perform hospital follow-up visits
- Manage pediatric and adult patients
- Coordinate care with physicians and specialists across the Baptist Health network
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Certified and Licensed APRN
- Minimum of 2 years of Family Practice experience
- Experience with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Florida licensure or eligibility required
