Salary: $240k - $270k base + bonus & loan repayment
A Flexible, Patient-Focused Approach to Care
We re seeking a Family Medicine Physician (or outpatient-focused Internal Medicine Physician) to join a modern, high-access outpatient practice in New Jersey. This role blends primary care continuity with same-day urgent care visits, offering the best of both worlds in a supportive, team-based environment.

What You ll Do
- Provide care for a mix of scheduled and walk-in patients in a fully outpatient setting
- Perform in-office procedures such as suturing, splinting, and incision & drainage
- Review on-site diagnostic imaging, including X-rays
- Manage and follow your own panel of patients, supporting continuity of care
- Treat a primarily adult population with occasional straightforward pediatric cases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and refer seamlessly to in-house specialists
- Deliver efficient, high-quality care with an average of 2 3 patients per hour
- Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, 40-hour workweek
- Rotating shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Extended hours model (open 7 days/week) offering flexibility
- No inpatient responsibilities
What You Bring
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New Jersey
- Comfort with minor procedures and urgent care-style cases
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Interest in both acute care and long-term patient relationships
