You ll step into an outpatient role focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care. You'll have significant autonomy, strong clinical support, and the flexibility to help shape your practice and schedule.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $220,000 $250,000+
• Performance incentives available
