WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in a permanent full-time leadership role. This position offers the opportunity to work a flexible schedule while providing anesthesia services for a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of skilled professionals.
Responsibilities - Work a 4-10 (40 hr clinical) schedule and oversee the staff CRNAs that WCS Healthcare Partners is also in the process of hiring
- Provide anesthesia services for a wide variety of patients and procedures.
- Perform preoperative assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as appropriate.
- Continuously monitor patients' physiological status throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams.
- Participate in a culture focused on safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
- Leadership responsibilities will include managing CRNA staff and conducting reviews/evaluations, scheduling, and interviewing new staff - this includes a $60K annual stipend
Requirements - Leadership skills required
- BC with a NY license and no credentialing issues
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality patient care.
