Orthopedics Physician Assistant

Orthopedic First Assist Surgery Only 30-35 Hrs/Wk $135k-$150k Guaranteed Fort Collins, CO

Cheyenne PAs: Fort Collins is under an hour south, a commutable surgery-only role, with a relocation stipend offered if you would rather move.

• Responsibilities: first assist orthopedic surgeons in general orthopedics and sports medicine: THA, TKA, shoulder replacements, ACL repair, meniscectomies, labral repair and elective fracture care. No acute trauma. No orders, clinic or rounding.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-35 hours per week, no call or weekends.
• Salary: guaranteed $135,000-$150,000/yr based on experience, plus a $1-2k quarterly bonus.
• Experience: at least 1 year of orthopedic first assist experience.
• Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans. Malpractice with tail coverage.
• Relocation: relocation stipend and sign-on bonus offered.
• Career growth: PAs and NPs hold management roles within the company, with congruent salary adjustments.
