Compensation & Benefits Compensation - $325,000 - $400,000 base salary

Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Provide anesthesia services including:
- General anesthesia
- Regional anesthesia
- Spinal and epidural anesthesia
- Monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
- Manage routine and complex airway cases, including emergent airway situations
- Place arterial lines and central venous catheters as clinically indicated
- Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs and anesthesia staff
- Participate in perioperative workflow improvement and quality initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications - MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an approved Anesthesiology residency program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
- Experience with a broad range of anesthesia modalities
- Strong airway management and perioperative care skills
Preferred Experience - Hospital-based or integrated healthcare system experience
- CRNA supervision experience
- Advanced airway techniques including fiberoptic intubation
- Teaching or mentoring experience
- Perioperative workflow optimization initiatives
