Facility:This opportunity is based across four well-established outpatient clinics in the Sonoma County area, serving diverse patient populations within a reputable regional healthcare network. Placement at each facility will be based on provider experience, location preference, and patient need, offering flexibility and a strong sense of community-based care.
Opportunity:Physician - Family Medicine
Job Details:- Permanent, full-time position covering four clinics in the Sonoma County area at 0.8-1.0 FTE
- Placement at each clinic determined by provider experience, location preference, and patient need
- Board certification required with ACLS and BLS certifications
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 120 days
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care across a broad patient population
- Well woman care preferred, including IUD insertion and removal
- Pediatric care preferred for patients ranging from infants through adolescents (30 days - 18 years)
- General outpatient care required across all patient age groups
- Obstetric and gynecologic procedural skills such as deliveries, C-sections, and colposcopy are not required
- Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain required
- Start date ASAP with an ongoing engagement
