Opportunity:
Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join an established outpatient practice
Details:
Provide full-scope primary care services including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management
Diagnose and treat patients through comprehensive evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, and prescribing medications
Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and cardiovascular disease
Deliver patient-centered, equitable, and compassionate care
Coordinate care across specialties, hospitals, and ancillary services to ensure continuity and positive outcomes
Mentor and collaborate with advanced practice providers and care teams
Educate patients and families to support shared decision-making
Support teaching, mentoring, and supervision of trainees and APPs as applicable
