Compensation

  • Competitive starting annual salary at the VM 15 level, commensurate with credentials and experience.
  • Employees are eligible to receive performance based pay annually, subject to VA policy and total compensation caps.
  • Employees may also qualify for Proficiency Awards, which are available in addition to Pay for Performance incentives.
  • Regular salary reviews occur every two years, with annual cost of living adjustments.
