The facility features a 15-bed department with strong unit support and ongoing locum needs, offering a stable and rewarding work environment.
Opportunity:Physician - Obstetrics and Gynecology
Job Details:- Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services with 5-10 patient encounters per shift
- 24-hour call shifts with ASAP start date and ongoing need
- Must hold an active Arkansas medical license
- Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
- BLS certification required
- Manage low and high risk pregnancies
- FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE required
- OB Ultrasound Level I/Screening (viability) required
- Perform routine deliveries including vaginal and low forceps deliveries
- Decision-making for c-sections required
- Handle complicated deliveries including c-sections, breech, multiple births, and abruptions
- Ability to supervise APP providers is preferred but not required
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 15 days
- All communication must be directed through Locumsmart
Compensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
