Hospital employed practice is seeking a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team
Join a team consisting of 1 MD and 1 NP
4.5-day work week
Mix of clinic and hospital-based responsibilities
Call: 10 days per month
Practice locations include the main clinic and potentially one of 12 satellite facilities
Urology APP experience preferred
Population served: 26,000 residents
Salary: $120,000 $180,000/year plus production-based bonus potential

Conveniently located 1 hour from Rockford, IL and Davenport, IA, 90 minutes from Peoria, and 2 hours from Chicago
