We are seeking dedicated Primary Care Physicians to join our expanding hospital multispecialty group. This role involves providing high-quality primary care in an office-based setting, with a focus on outpatient care. A full hospitalist service is available to support your practice.
Responsibilities:
- Examine, obtain medical history, and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Focus on adult patients, as pediatric patients are referred out of the health system.
- Manage a patient load of 10-14 patients per day once fully ramped up.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling with start and end times adjusted to physician preference.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Engage in minor teaching and academic interactions with residents during rotations.
- Ensure care delivery and quality measures comply with PCMH and ACO standards.

Requirements:
- CT State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required.
- Residency training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
