Job description

We are actively hiring Gastroenterologists for our locations in the Northern Virginia area. This is a unique opportunity that offers:

  • High base salary and minimum guarantee in first year
  • RVU compensation model. Senior members of the group make $750k - $1mm
  • Equity opportunity
  • Strong work/life balance: no call or nights/weekends. 100% outpatient.
  • Free health, dental, vision, & disability benefits for physician and their family
  • 25 days PTO/5 days CME per year
  • Practice out of beautiful group-owned ASCs in Northern VA.

Compensation: $550,000 - $1,000,000 , Annually

Compensation Details:

High base + minimum guarantee in first year. RVU model.
