A well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Los Angeles County is seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner for its outpatient primary care team. This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality women's healthcare to a diverse and underserved community on a predictable weekday schedule.
Position Highlights
- $80-$85 per hour, approximately $166,000-$177,000 annually
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Outpatient only. No evenings, weekends, or call
- Approximately 20-24 patients per day
- NHSC-approved site with federal and state loan repayment opportunities
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient women's health services
- Perform preventive care, annual wellness exams, and health screenings
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Educate patients on preventive health, treatment options, and wellness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of one year of Nurse Practitioner experience, excluding clinical rotations
- Bilingual English and Spanish required, able to conduct visits without an interpreter
- Eligible for California licensure
