Fast paced urgent care and family practice seeking full time Family Nurse Practitioner Vancouver WashingtonDescription Obtain medical history and physical data from patients Perform comprehensive exams of all ages including wellness exams Acute and chronic disease management Request appropriate diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and treatments for illnesses Accurately code and document in the electronic health record in a timely mannerQualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
