Responsibilities
- Looking for someone that has done Hormone Therapy & Antiaging practices.
- Conduct patient assessments and obtain medical histories
- Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies
- Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives

- 2+ years in nurse practitioner practice
