Essex Home Health is hiring a Part Time LPN to provide focused home health visits.

Key Duties

  • Complete home health nursing visits ($27 per visit)

  • Perform assessments, vitals, medication teaching

  • Provide disease management education

  • Document visits accurately

Requirements

  • Active LPN license in Massachusetts

  • Home health experience preferred

  • Strong patient education and communication skills

  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
