Seeking a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing cardiovascular team in Michigan s Great Lakes Bay Region, providing advanced catheter-based care within a comprehensive and collaborative heart program.
Position Highlights:
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
- PCI, coronary angioplasty, stent placement and atherectomy
- Manage complex coronary artery disease and acute coronary syndromes
- Utilize advanced imaging including IVUS, FFR and OCT
- Opportunity for structural heart procedures, including TAVR and MitraClip, based on candidate expertise
- Participate in rotating interventional cardiology call
- Provide urgent care for STEMI and other emergent cardiovascular conditions
- Collaborate with general cardiologists, electrophysiologists, cardiac surgeons and multidisciplinary cardiovascular teams
- Participate in clinical research, quality improvement and program development
