Job description

  • Hospital employed practice seeks BC/BE Urologist to join their team
  • Base salary: 575K-700K plus production-based bonus potential
  • Schedule: 4.5 Days per Week
  • Join a team of one Medical Doctor and one Nurse Practitioner
  • Call: 10 days/month
  • Population: 26,000
  • Busy practice with strong referral base and growth potential
  • Robust benefits package offered
  • Located an hour from both Rockford, IL and Davenport, IA, 90 minutes from Peoria, and 2 hours from Chicago
  • Airport offered in Rockford with flights to 7 major US cities
  • No visa sponsorship available
