Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Completion or equivalent
- Previous clerical / physician office training
- Epic/EMR 1 Year experience
- Medical Terminology
- Computer Literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to function in a fast-paced call center environment. While maintaining a respectful, caring, and professional manner.
- Previous registration or scheduling experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
