ROLE OVERVIEW Join 4 Anesthesiologists plus CRNAs & AA s
- Schedule: Monday through Friday; Start at 6:30am and have a rotate off schedule as cases/rooms close
- 2 anesthesiologists scheduled per shift
- Performing solo cases required + opportunity to supervise CRNA s & AA s
- Call 1:8 rotating on/off Mon.-Fri; no weekend call; home call allowed.
- 40-50 cases per day; maximum of 10 operative sites which includes 2 endoscopy suites and 2 obstetric rooms
- New anesthesia Mindray machines, including new ultrasounds
Cases:
- No cardiac or neurosurgery cases.
- Bread & Butter general anesthesia cases nerve blocks, A-lines, Epidurals
- 8-9 starts a day
- 700 cases a month 200 of those are endoscopies
- OB services 800 deliveries a year
- Many robotic cases; state-of-the-art equipment including a Glideslope for emergency airways & Belmont for rapid infusers.
