Salary Ranges between $200k-$270k (varies depending on years of experience)
We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Endocrinologist to join a growing outpatient healthcare organization serving diverse communities throughout New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships in a collaborative ambulatory setting.

Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient endocrinology practice
- Monday-Friday schedule
- No hospital call or inpatient rounding required

What You ll Do
- Diagnose, evaluate, and manage a broad range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, metabolic disorders, adrenal conditions, and hormonal imbalances
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on evidence-based care and long-term disease management
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing, imaging, and laboratory studies
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, medication management, nutrition, and preventive health strategies
- Build long-term relationships with patients while promoting continuity of care
- Provide culturally sensitive and compassionate care to a diverse patient population
- Work closely with primary care providers, specialists, nurses, educators, and care coordinators
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
- Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility for licensure
- DEA license or eligibility
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
