• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Adult outpatient primary care

• Approximately 13 patients on a busy day

• Patient panels capped at 500

• $250,000 starting base for new graduates; higher base available for experienced physicians

• $15,000 sign-on bonus

• Annual quality incentive up to 28% of base salary

You ll diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, coordinate referrals, and participate in a patient-centered, value-based care model.

Qualifications: MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; eligible for Alabama licensure.
