24-hour shifts. No on-call duties. Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance. Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter). OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers are scheduled and on-site at all times to support continuous patient care and team collaboration. First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians. Strong, reliable back-up call system. Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies. Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success.
