This facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45a-5p
Patients per day: 20
Practice Setting: Clinic
Scope: Outpatient
State Licensure: Indiana state medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
