• Employed position by the State of South Dakota
• 32 hours per week
• Located 30 miles from Yankton, SD and 100 miles from Sioux Falls, SD
• General dentistry position full time.
• Salary up to $185,873 depending on experience and hours worked.
• Dental office has two dental assistants and one hygienist.
• Some backup call is needed but the chief dentist for each site takes most of the calls.
• Salaries are reviewed annually by the state and raises are determined by legislators.
• CorrecTek EMR
• No State income tax in South Dakota
• Reduced tuition at State Universities
• Paid Professional Liability Insurance Public entity pool for liability (PEPL) fund.
• Facility is an all-men s correctional facility and will see patients ages 19 and older.
• SD dental license is required.
