Requirements:
  • Must be Board certified in hand surgery or a Truly board eligible - REQUIRED
  • Must have completed an Orthopedic residency - REQUIRED
  • Must have fellowship training in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery - REQUIRED
  • Have an active license in both Iowa and Illinois - Preferrred. but will review new licensing candidates too!
  • Strong clinical and surgical expertise with a commitment to comprehensive hand and upper extremity care - REQUIRED
  • Open to both graduating fellows and experienced hand surgeons
  • Does the provider require visa support - H-1B cap exempt (Note in Additional Submission Details) - REQUIRED
  • Submit Self-Query NPDB pulled within 30 days from submission at time of presentation- REQUIRED
  • Board Certified
  • Board Eligible

  • Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production incentives beginning at 10,650 wRVUs
