The facility provides comprehensive emergency services with 24-hour availability of multiple support services including anesthesia, catheterization lab, general surgery, laboratory, orthopedic surgery, radiology, and vascular surgery.
Opportunity:Physician - Emergency Medicine
Job Details:• Provide emergency medicine services with approximately 20-24 patient encounters per shift
• Work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p, 10a-10p, 7p-7a) with weekend coverage required
• Must be board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Requires current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications through AHA or ARC
• Provider must maintain active Missouri medical license and DEA number
• Must be located 90+ miles from the facility
• Facility offers comprehensive support services including 24-hour availability of anesthesia, catheterization lab, general surgery, laboratory, orthopedic surgery, radiology, and vascular surgery
• L&D department on-site, but newborn deliveries are not received in the ED
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 120 days
• Long-term opportunity beginning April 1, 2026
Compensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
