Glenbeigh, Rock Creek is seeking 2 experienced Psychiatric NPs to join the team. L ocated in the northeast corridor of Ohio, Glenbeigh s inpatient hospital features state-of-the-art therapeutic, education, dining and fitness facilities.

Job Description

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience working as a PMHNP in the Behavioral Health field, with specific knowledge in working with patients with substance use disorders.

With five outpatient centers located in several communities across Ohio and Pennsylvania we serve a broad area and accept patients from across the United States. Our mission is to provide the highest quality healthcare to those in need of alcohol and drug addiction treatment and to support ongoing recovery efforts.
  • Collaborates with leadership and support teams to develop, maintain and execute an integrated primary care and mental health model of care for patients with substance use disorders
  • Be an integral member of the treatment team by providing psychiatric direct services daily for check in s, initial evaluations, follow ups and response to patients in crisis
  • Provide training and continuing education for staff members related to psychiatric/mental health topics and other clinical evidence based practices
  • Participate in research opportunities when presented
  • Assists with clinical program development in collaboration with the Clinical Program Manager and Director of Nursing
  • Work with minimal supervision; must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Strong leadership, communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
