Position Overview:

• Setting: Providing employee health and wellness to patients in Georgetown, KY.
• Schedule:
• Thursday (12:30pm-7pm)
• Friday (7:30am-2pm)
• No on-call or callback responsibilities.

Required:

• Active KY license.
• Certifications: BLS, DEA, and BC
• Minimum 6 months of experience in primary care or occupational medicine preferred

Compensation:

• Receive weekly paycheck
• Pay: Discussion over phone only
• 100% malpractice insurance covered
