Credentialing Timeline: Days (Fast-Track / Temporary Privileges Available)

• Zero Malpractice / Board Actions: Candidate MUST have a 100% clean background to qualify for emergency temporary privileges. Any history of settlements, DUIs, drug issues, license restrictions, terminations, or Medical Board actions will be immediately declined.
• Immediate Submission Package: Updated CV (documenting the last 24 months of activity), RFA, completed application, and responsive references on standby.

• Coverage Type: Inpatient Hospital (Daily Shifts) + Weekend Beeper Call
• Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours per day (OT applies after 8 hours daily)
• Confirmed Shift Schedule:

• Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or truly Board Eligible (BE)
• Licensure: Active California License & Active DEA
• Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS)
