Compensation
Compensation is production-based and scales with surgical volume, schedule, and individual productivity. Top Full-time earners exceed $1 million annually. Earnings are uncapped and vary based on procedure volume, case mix, scheduling capacity, market, and individual productivity. Ask your recruiter for a detailed breakdown of the compensation model.
