Job description

  • Dates: ASAP - ongoing
  • Schedule: Weekend call coverage, Fri 8am - Sun 6pm (occasionally extending to Mon 8am)
  • Not required to be on-site unless called in
  • Estimated Shifts/Month: 9
  • Provider will NOT work solo
  • EMR: Epic
  • Requirements: IL license or IMLC accepted, BC, DEA & CSR, ACLS, BLS, minimum 1 year of experience
  • Credentialing: estimated 60 days, full & temps available
